Questions about a purchase or download are welcome. Contact NEBULA7 at georgienai@gmail.com.

For purchase assistance, include the email address used with PayPal, the album or track name, and your PayPal transaction or receipt ID. Never send your PayPal password, payment-card details, or NEBULA7 private download link.

Digital delivery

After PayPal confirms a completed payment, NEBULA7 displays a private download page containing only the files included in that purchase.

• Download links remain active for 72 hours.
• Each purchased MP3 may be downloaded up to five times.
• Save the files to your device before the private page expires.
• Do not share the download-page address; it grants access to the purchased files.

If the page closes before the files are saved, contact support with the purchase details above.

Digital-download refund policy

Because digital music is delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, completed digital sales are normally final.

NEBULA7 will review refund or replacement requests involving duplicate charges, corrupted files, or inaccessible downloads. Contact georgienai@gmail.com with the purchase details and a description of the problem.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where the customer lives.

Privacy

NEBULA7 uses information only as reasonably necessary to process purchases, deliver music, prevent misuse, maintain transaction records, and provide customer support.

Information involved in a purchase

• Track or album selection, price, currency, and order status.
• PayPal order, capture, and transaction references.
• The payer email address supplied by PayPal.
• Download-link expiration and download counts.
• Ordinary security and server-log information maintained by the web host.

Payment credentials are entered into PayPal’s checkout. NEBULA7 does not receive or store PayPal passwords or complete payment-card numbers.

Service providers

PayPal processes payments and Hostinger provides website hosting. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies. NEBULA7 does not sell or rent customer information.

Retention and questions

Private download access expires after 72 hours. Transaction records may be retained for support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, and legal obligations. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to georgienai@gmail.com.

Music license

A purchase provides the customer with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, and listen to the purchased recording for personal use.

The purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the recording or composition. Customers may not resell, redistribute, upload, publicly share, sublicense, or make the files available through another service.

Use in film, video, advertising, games, commercial projects, sampling, synchronization, or other licensed productions requires separate written permission from the applicable rights holder. Contact NEBULA7 for licensing questions.

Purchase terms

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and payments are processed through PayPal. A download is released only after NEBULA7 verifies a completed PayPal capture against the server-calculated order amount, currency, and purchased items.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information to PayPal and for maintaining sufficient device storage and compatible software for MP3 playback. Attempts to bypass download controls, access unpurchased files, or misuse the store are prohibited.

NEBULA7 may update these terms and policies as the store develops. The version displayed at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
